Dwell with Dignity has teamed up with Dallas Market Center’s design showrooms to help families escape poverty and embrace self-sufficiency with Design for a Cause for the entire month of September.
Throughout the month, participating showrooms and product lines are raising funds by contributing a portion of their sales to Dwell with Dignity’s Design for a Cause. Organic Bread Producer Alpine Valley Signs Acquisition Agreement
Flowers Foods Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Alpine Valley Bread Co., a family-owned producer in Mesa, Ariz., of certified organic and all-natural breads, for $120 million in cash and stock. The acquisition, which is subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions, is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter.
