The French Cheese Board, the umbrella organization for the French dairy products, opened its first concept store for cheese in the United States in May in New York’s Soho area at 41 Spring St.
Designed by French duo Ich&Kar, the concept store transforms the idea of a mere boutique into an interactive experience to discover cheese culture through an intuitive tool box: Magnetic walls to easily change the display, bespoke furniture, educative murals to learn all about French cheeses and many more innovative features.

Phoenix, AZ, May 12, 2016 – Cookware sets accounted for a significantly larger percent of cookware purchases in the first quarter of 2015 than they did in the same time period two years ago, according to the latest edition of Riedel Marketing Group’s (RMG) Cookware Market Tracker.

Charles Viancin Opens New York Headquarters
Charles Viancin Group, known worldwide for its nature-inspired silicone lids and kitchen and bar tools, announced a global restructuring and the opening of a New York-based U.S. headquarters facility.
The company also announced it named veteran housewares executive, Michael Karyo, as its general manager. Charles Viancin Group was previously affiliated with Reid and Johnson, which served as its independent U.S. agent for the past several years.

Pulmuone Foods Co. Ltd. has completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Vitasoy USA Inc., which includes the Nasoya, Azumaya and San Sui brands in North America.
