New Holland, PA — _[November 13, 2025] — Westfield Egg Farm is excited to announce the opening of a second egg processing facility at 440 Shaeffer Road in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. This expansion marks a major step forward in the company’s mission to support small family farms and build meaningful connections through farm-to-table products.
“At Westfield, people are truly at the heart of everything we do,” said Dan Hammarberg, HR Manager. “As we prepare to open our new Lebanon facility, we’re excited not just about growth, but about what that growth means for our team and community. It creates opportunities for new roles, including packers, loaders, trackmen, and shipping and receiving, and a chance to live out our core values of integrity, family, stewardship, excellence, and eternal perspective.”
John Michael Nolt, Operations Manager, shared, “The new facility will strengthen efficiency, increase production, and allow us to better serve our partners and customers. It also expands our premier co-packing and private label services. We’re working closely with both our New Holland and Lebanon teams to ensure a smooth transition and continue our mission of supporting small family farms.”
Since 1962, Westfield’s purpose has been to glorify God in all actions, positively impacting everyone we interact with. This purpose, coupled with our mission to support small family farms has remained unchanged.
“Our Lebanon facility is another opportunity to live out that purpose,” said Alicia Weaver. “We’re so thankful for our team members, farms, and partners who’ve made this possible. We give all glory to God for His provision and look forward to what’s ahead as we continue serving families and communities with care.”
