Honey-Can-Do International Acquires Zevro

Honey-Can-Do International, provider of home storage and organization products, has acquired Zevro, a Skokie, Ill.-based provider of kitchenware products.
 
Founded in 2003, Zevro’s line of products includes food dispensers, barware and vacuum-seal food storage containers. Many of its products include a portion control feature to promote health and weight management.
 
“The entire Honey-Can-Do team is excited by this acquisition,” said Steve Greenspon, CEO of Honey-Can-Do. “Zevro has great product designs, and we will utilize their expertise in kitchen storage and dispensing. We look forward to continuing to grow and develop the product line.”
 
Zevro products will be sold under the Zevro by Honey-Can-Do name. Distribution and sales will be based out of Honey-Can-Do’s corporate headquarters in Berkeley, Ill.
 
This marks the first acquisition for Honey-Can-Do since its founding in 2008.
