Pamela Stafford Promoted To Managing Director, Hestan® Culinary

NAPA VALLEY (April 2021) – Pamela Stafford has been promoted from Director to Managing Director of Hestan Culinary® -- the innovative, award-winning premium cookware company that she co-founded with Stanley Cheng, cookware industry icon, and founder and CEO of Hestan®. In her new and expanded role, Stafford now oversees all global sales and marketing for the fast-growing brand.

Since joining Hestan in 2016, Stafford has spearheaded all key facets of building a new brand, including brand strategy, product development, retail partnerships, web site development, operations, sales, and marketing. Since the 2017 debut of Hestan NanoBond™ – the company’s first and signature cookware collection with 14 global patents – Stafford has overseen the launch of two new collections, ProBond™ and CopperBond™ – recipients of this year’s coveted Red Dot Award for Product Design Excellence. Additionally, Stafford created and introduced in 2019 “Cookware Concierge” -- a first-ever high touch service connecting consumers to cookware experts – and elevated brand awareness by forging influential culinary alignments, such as partnerships with Michelin-starred chefs and prestigious institutions, such as the Culinary Institute of America and Johnson & Wales. Prior to Hestan, Stafford worked at Brady Marketing for 23 years. During her long tenure with the highprofile housewares company that represented many leading premium kitchen product brands, she held the top position of President for nine years, from 2007-2016.
