DKB Awarded Exclusive U.S. Distribution Rights for Les Artistes Brand

DKB Household USA has been awarded exclusive rights to distribute Les Artistes’ brand portfolio in the United States.

The French Les Artistes distribution rights include the company’s porcelain espresso, coffee and teacup collection. “The cup has been designed with the consumer in mind, featuring a bold, textured, non-slip silicone cover to protect hands from the heat, while adding color and personality to the home,” DKB said in a statement.

The collection is available in a variety of colors, from bright pinks to tonal shades of gray, and comes in three sizes – 3-ounce espresso, 6-ounce coffee and 10-ounce tall cups. DKB plans to support Les Artistes with in-store fixtures and point-of-sale material, which the company said will be ready for launch in January 2015.

“Les Artistes selected DKB as its exclusive USA distributor due to our knowledge of the housewares market, extensive network of customers, and commitment to building strong brands,” said Will Symonds, president of DKB Household USA, whose brands also include Cole & Mason, Jamie Oliver, Ken Hom, Zyliss and Culinare. “We are very excited to introduce such a vibrant and innovative brand to the U.S. market to fit the needs of our growing consumer base.”

With subsidiary operations also in the United Kingdom and Switzerland, DKB Household has an international presence in more than 40 global markets where brands it represents are distributed via a network of agents and distributors.
