BROOKLYN, NEW YORK (January 5, 2026) — Brooklyn Cured is welcoming in the new year with the expansion of two of their product lines. The company is launching two new Snack Pack items: Genoa Beef Salami & Provolone and Beef Pepperoni & Mozzarella. Along with these premium pairings, recent additions to their behind the glass offerings are hitting store shelves now: bulk Smoked Beef Salami and bulk Tuscan Red Wine Beef Salami.
The company will show samples of all their new pork-free products at the Winter FancyFaire in San Diego from January 11 to 13 at Booth #2910.

Looking to give consumers even more options, and always looking to put a twist on the traditional, we are thrilled to offer two new pork-free flavors, so everyone can enjoy a protein-packed snack.’”
Brooklyn Cured’s robust line of Bulk Deli and Charcuterie also sees expansion in its beef offerings in 2026.
“The truth is, there just aren’t enough pork-free deli options out there.” Milani says. “We heard not just consumers, but retailers, in their quest for high quality, tasty beef salami and brought two of our top selling pre-sliced options to the bulk deli category.”
Retailers can look forward to filling out their deli case with these beef salami products now. At around 2 lbs each, the Smoked Beef and Tuscan Red Wine Beef Salami are ready to order for 2026. They accompany other bulk beef charcuterie options, like Bresaola with Porcini & Black Pepper and Classic Eye Round Bresaola.
