Alexian Paté Back on Track After Superstorm Sandy

Neptune, N.J.-based Alexian Paté is fully operational following an extended power outage due to Superstorm Sandy.

Unable to receive orders and ship products for the two weeks following the storm, Alexian began shipping again on Nov. 12.

Due to the high seasonal demand, the company said it has added more shifts to ensure every order is completed in full.

“Please be assured that all products shipped out of our plant are perfectly clean,” said owner Laurie Cummins. “Our USDA inspector is on site, our water supply was not affected by the storm and all sanitation protocols have been performed, monitored and validated prior to any production.”

Alexian's award winning pates and terrines are 100 percent natural and come in numerous varieties from pork liver pate to chicken liver pate, and vegetarian and spreadable mousse.
