NPD: Tabletop Consumers Enjoy Hosting Parties and Reveal Lifestyle Trends

Fairway Group Holdings Corp. raised $177.5 million in its initial public offering after pricing the shares above the marketed range.The New York grocer sold 13.65 million shares for $13 each, after offering them for between $10 and $12, according to Bloomberg. Canadian Federal Court Settles Case Between Trudeau, BODUM
The Federal Court of Canada has rejected the claim of industrial design infringement made by BODUM USA and PI Design against Trudeau in a case filed in February 2007.
The court also invalidated both of BODUM’s industrial design registrations covering the configuration of double-walled glasses and found that Trudeau branded products were dissimilar and did not infringe on BODUM’s industrial designs. The court awarded Trudeau costs in the action.

To expand its presence in the U.S. market, Peugeot (PSP USA), has opened an office in Chicago led by industry expert Yvette Laugier, who was named general manager.
