Cheesemakers’ Festival Celebrates Vermont Cheese
The fifth annual Vermont Cheesemakers’ Festival featured more than 200 cheeses from about 40 cheesemakers during a daylong event at the Coach Barn at Shelburne Farms on July 21. The festival offered tastings, pairings and sampling opportunities, along with cheesemaking and cooking demonstrations and workshops. Green Mountain Coffee Unveils Full-Pot Technology
After cornering the market on the single-serve cup of coffee, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. is now launching its first Keurig machine to brew a full pot of coffee using a single pod.The BOLT Carafe Brewing System, coming this fall, uses a larger version of a K-Cup pod to make an eight-cup pot of coffee in about two minutes. NY NOW Winter 2014 Market Adds Extra Day, Additional Venue
NY NOW, the Market for Home & Lifestyle (formerly known as NYIGF), has added an extra day to the winter 2014 event, and will expand its use of multiple locations.The show will now include the Jacob K.
