Artisanal Brands Inc. – a marketer and distributor of specialty, artisanal and farmstead cheeses, and other specialty food products – plans to open a specialty cheese café in Long Island City, N.Y.The company reported that all permits have been filed and construction will get under way for the first Artisanal Premium Cheese café at the entrance of the Falchi Building in Long Island City, set to open in spring. Lunds and Byerly's Kitchen will be a first-of-its kind food destination in the Twin Cities. Scheduled to open March 6, Lunds and Byerly's Kitchen will focus extensively on freshly prepared foods and beverages, including restaurant-style services and a tailored selection of groceries. Coca-Cola, Green Mountain to Launch Keurig Cold Beverage System
The Coca-Cola Co. and Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. (GMCR) have signed a 10-year agreement to collaborate on the development and introduction of Coca-Cola’s global brand portfolio for use in GMCR’s Keurig Cold at-home beverage system.  Under the global strategic agreement, GMCR and Coca-Cola will cooperate to bring the Keurig Cold beverage system to consumers worldwide. Aurora Resurgence Acquires Europe’s Arc Cookware
Aurora Resurgence, an affiliate of Aurora Capital Group, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of Paris-based Arc International Cookware S.A.S. and its subsidiaries – Arc International Cookware Spain & Portugal, Arc International Cookware Srl and Arc International Cookware Ltd – from the Arc International Group S.A.   The company will be renamed International Cookware as part of the corporate carve-out.
