Organic Bread Producer Alpine Valley Signs Acquisition Agreement
Flowers Foods Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Alpine Valley Bread Co., a family-owned producer in Mesa, Ariz., of certified organic and all-natural breads, for $120 million in cash and stock.
